The Pittsburgh Steelers are 6-5 entering a pivotal Week 13 showdown with Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills.
The Steelers lost to the Chicago Bears, 31-28, on the road in Week 12 as quarterback Aaron Rodgers missed the game.
The veteran QB was sidelined due to a wrist injury, and Mason Rudolph got the start, throwing for 171 yards with a touchdown and an interception.
Leading into Week 13, Rodgers' status has been a big talking point for Pittsburgh.
Earlier in the week, head coach Mike Tomlin said there is "great optimism" that Rodgers will return.
On Wednesday, the QB was listed as a DNP on the injury report.
On Thanksgiving Day, an update surfaced from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
"It seems like Rodgers is, in fact, tracking to start, as Mike Tomlin said earlier in the week," Rapoport said. "Rodgers is a little more wait-and-see, he did want to practice, which he will do today. But optimism for Pittsburgh."

Fox Sports insider Jay Glazer also said the Steelers are " optimistic he returns to the lineup."
On the year, Rodgers has thrown for 1,969 yards with 19 touchdowns and seven interceptions after signing a one-year deal with the team.
Currently, the Steelers are in a three-way tie with the Houston Texans and Kansas City Chiefs, with all three right outside the AFC playoff picture, so every game is important for the Steelers.
The Steelers and Bills kick off on Sunday at 4:25 pm ET with the game on CBS, so Rodgers' status should get more updates by then.
