There are so many different possibilities and outcomes that can happen at the 2024 NFL Draft, where, hopefully, the Las Vegas Raiders will get the franchise quarterback they so desperately need.

They need a guy who can turn the franchise around, immediately help the team make the jump to the playoffs, and ensure that they don't have to worry about a quarterback for years and years. It's a tough task to find a guy like that, but it can be done. And it can be done for the Raiders and their situation.

They have the No. 13 pick in the draft and can take a quarterback there, or they can trade up and take a guy like Jayden Daniels, Drake Maye, or even J.J. McCarthy. If they stay at pick No. 13, they will have their pick of the liter from the tier two guys.

However, it's pretty clear if you ask what one Raiders starter thinks the team should do.

"I hope we can go get J5 [Jayden Daniels], bro," cornerback Jack Jones said on Instagram Live.

On many draft boards, Daniels is considered to be the No. 2 overall prospect in the draft, with him going to the Washington Commanders. If the Raiders want Jayden Daniels that badly, they will have to trade up to pick No. 2, unless they wait until after that pick and the Commanders end up going with Maye. Then, they can try and trade up to pick No. 3.

It won't be cheap if they decide to do so. They have a plethora of picks they can offer, but the question is, do they want to? Mark Davis has already given Tom Telesco the green light, but the front office wants to make sure everything is right, and that they aren't overpaying.

It's clear a good group of the players wants Daniels, though.
