Tom Brady: 'I don't think I would've been' as successful without Bill Belichick

Tom Brady and Bill Belichick were a dynamic duo for the New England Patriots for 20 years, and it's hard to say right now whether or not one would've been successful without the other and vice versa.

Brady and Belichick each bring certain aspects to the table that the other doesn't have or can't do, so the former Patriots quarterback said he thinks it's ridiculous for people to say how well one would've done without the other.

"I think it's a pretty sh—y argument actually that people would say that," Brady said Wednesday on the Howard Stern Show. "Because, again, I can't do his job and he can't do mine. So the fact that you can say 'Would I be successful without him,' the same level of success, I don't think I would've been. But, I feel the same in vice versa as well. To have him allowed me to be the best I could be, so I'm grateful for that and I very much believe that he feels the same about me because we've expressed that to each other."

Now, of course, there's also been the discussion that Brady may resent Belichick for not keeping him a Patriot for life — the six-time Super Bowl champion shot those rumors down quickly.

"No, absolutely not because this is a part for me in my life to experience something very different and there's ways for me to grow and evolve in a different way that I haven't had the opportunity to do that aren't right or wrong but just right for me."

It would be pretty hard for Brady to resent the person that helped him win six championship titles and achieve a numerous amount of things.

Brady's laundry list of accolades are pretty darn impressive, and none of that would've been possible without the incredible football mind that is Belichick.
