As New York Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito's stock and visibility continue to soar, the young signal-caller has decided to expand his representation.

According to the New York Post, DeVito has hired Maxx Lepselter, president of Maxx MGMT, to handle all of his marketing endeavors. Lepseleter, the son of agent Mark Lepslter, who represented former Giants running back Tiki Barber, replaces Sean Setllato, who took advantage of DeVito's rising star to showcase his colorful wardrobe, in the marketing arena. However, Stellato will remain DeVito's agent for football-related matters.

DeVito's decision to hire Lepselter is not sudden, nor is it related to the recent miscommunication that saw DeVito draw the ire of Coniglio's, a Morristown pizzeria that thought it had reached an agreement with Stellato over a planned appearance for the quarterback only to find out that not only was no agreement finalized, but that DeVito's appearance fee had doubled.

According to the Post, DeVito and his family met with Lepselter on December 1, and he was hired two days later. However, the botched appearance between Coniglio and DeVito was allegedly handled by Stellato, according to a text message furnished by Coniglio's owner, Nino Coniglio, obtained by sports business reporter Darren Rovell.

DeVito mended fences with Coniglio's by showing up Tuesday at the eatery, waiving any appearance fee, and engaging with customers.

The 30-year-old Lepselter has reportedly worked out a Dunkin’ Donuts partnership for DeVito and has several other deals he's trying to finalize for his newest client.
