Patrick Mahomes is looking to lead the Kansas City Chiefs back to the Super Bowl, under the leadership of head coach Andy Reid.
The Chiefs began the season on a rut but have since found their footing.
Kansas City is coming off a bye week, getting read to play the Denver Broncos in Week 11 of the NFL season. Before their matchup against one of the top teams in the conference, Andy Reid shared several injury updates on the Chiefs.
On Wednesday, Reid announced that running back Isiah Pacheco will not practice.
The Kansas City Chiefs' top running back will be held out of practice days before one of the biggest games of the season for the team, given their connection to the Broncos in the AFC West.

The Kansas City Chiefs have been thin at running back all season. Isiah Pacheco has been in and out of the injury report during his fourth season with the team, leaving Patrick Mahomes and the offense with limited options in the backfield.
Pacheco has posted one touchdown and 329 yards during the 2025 season with the Chiefs.
Several other options for the Chiefs in the backfield include Kareem Hunt and Brashard Smith. They also recently signed Clyde Edwards-Helaire in what looks to be an insurance policy.
While the Kansas City Chiefs have yet to announce Isiah Pacheco's availability for the matchup against the Denver Broncos, it's clear Patrick Mahomes will have to continue to lead the team with questions in the backfield.
