The Kansas City Chiefs have the luxury of being in the best BBQ city in the world. Yes, I said it -- sorry Memphis and Texas. I think most, if not all of, Chiefs Kingdom will agree, too. There are hundreds of different BBQ places in Kansas City to choose from, too.
So, it's obvious that BBQ is a staple in the city, and the players that sign on or get drafted to Kansas City know that ahead of time, because, well, everyone knows that. However, I think they don't realize just how serious it is until they get here.
Players will often come to KC and be opened right up to the experience. A lot of times, players who's it's their first time playing for the Chiefs, will get some type of food or platter named after them.
Chris Jones has a BBQ platter or plate at Joe's BBQ, L'Jarius Sneed used to have something at Zarda last year, Travis Kelce has a pizza at Minsky's, and some rookies over the years have also earned themselves a signature food.
Now, one of the newest members of the Chiefs can join that list.
Free agent signing wide receiver Hollywood Brown now has his own BBQ sandwich at Q39, and man does it look amazing.

Hollywood has yet to play a single game for the Chiefs, and yet, he is already a star. I mean, then again, his name is Hollywood. Imagine what happens if the guy has a stellar season where he goes off for 1,400 receiving yards.
