After a snakebitten 2024, things are hopefully starting to get better for Anthony Henry. Henry suffered two major injuries last year, breaking his jaw in March and then suffering a torn biceps in October. The latter injury happened in a match against Gabe Kidd for Ring of Honor. Henry is currently recovering from biceps surgery and going through the rehab process as he works his way back to the ring. He appeared on AEW Unrestricted this week and spoke about last year’s injuries. “So 2024 was not kind to me, obviously. Also hasn’t been kind to [JD] Drake, unfortunately. Like, I went through the process of getting things done but I wrestled the whole time through. So the first one, when I broke my jaw, [it was] one of those things where I didn’t think that my jaw was broken.
