The Arizona Cardinals enter the offseason aiming for more consistency and better health in the offensive line, along with two starters set to test free agency. Paris Johnson Jr. missed five games due to a sprained MCL, while Will Hernandez sat out the final six because of a hip issue, and Jonah Williams sat out the final eight with a shoulder injury that required surgery. Both Hernandez and Williams are currently testing the open market.
According to Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, the Cardinals are set to sign Isaac Seumalo to a three-year, $31.5 million contract. He is a versatile blocker capable of playing both guard spots. The offensive line now has four starting spots filled: Paris Johnson Jr. at left tackle, Evan Brown at left guard, Hjalte Froholdt at center, and Seumalo at right guard, barring any trades or releases.

Isaac Seumalo had a strong 2025 campaign, excelling in pass protection while holding steady in run blocking. He allowed a 3.7% pressure rate, the lowest among left guards, along with 12 hurries, four quarterback hits, and four sacks across 15 starts. Seumalo missed Week 10 due to a pectoral strain and Weeks 16 and 17 due to a triceps injury.
