The Baltimore Ravens haven’t been able to get over the hump. This offseason, they’ve made drastic changes to their coaching staff, and now they will look to add personnel to fit Jesse Minter’s defense. Minter had a lot of success for the Los Angeles Chargers, and now he gets a full offseason of trying to make the Ravens a contender, and this mock draft is one look at a big part of it.
As it stands now, the Ravens only have three edge rushers under contract for 2026. Plug-and-play prospects are few and far between, but Mesidor might fit the bill. Sure, he’s going to be 25 when he starts his rookie year. But he’s also a violent, game-wrecking maniac who will fit into the AFC North out of the gates.
Isaiah Likely is driving a much bigger market than the Ravens are likely prepared to pay for. Kenyon Sadiq is drawing all of the buzz as the premier move tight end in this draft, but Stowers is more than capable of elevating an offense. There will still be field stretching, taller receivers later in the draft. Grabbing an immediate difference-maker to give Lamar Jackson weapons is always encouraged in a Ravens mock draft.
Isaiah Likely, likely gone. Tyler Linderbaum, likely gone. Daniel Faalele, likely gone. With all of those players out the door, getting experienced college players in who can fill the gaps will be essential in the draft. Slaughter was a multiple-year starter at center in the SEC who can handle power on the interior, but needs some work to handle some of the jitterbugs that have started playing on the interior of defenses.
Virgil is a top-100 player on the 2026 NFL Draft big board, and getting him at 115 is a dream. While most offenses have their receivers run exclusively screens or go balls, Texas Tech used Virgil and his running mate, Caleb Douglas, in a translatable NFL role. He complements Zay Flowers and can bring a vertical element to this offense that hasn’t gotten enough out of Devontez Walker yet.
Reed-Adams has the flexibility to play guard on both sides and even has some limited experience at tackle. The team will likely address both guard and center in free agency, and Reed-Adams can be a nice depth piece in case of an injury to the interior of the line.
There aren’t a lot of pass-rushing specialists on the interior of the defensive line these days. But Proctor can be a situational rusher who has experience playing everywhere from over the center to a five-technique. His build will likely have him move to defensive end long term, but a project on day three isn’t a bad thing.
Wisniewski missed the 2024 season with a foot injury, but was part of a dominant defense in 2025. They don’t build a lot of safeties like this, and Wisniewski is one of the rare players who could theoretically be 80% of Kyle Hamilton if Hamilton misses time.
