The Baltimore Ravens will roll out a fresh look next week. The team confirmed on Tuesday that it will debut a new uniform collection on April 16 for the 2026 season. They shared the news on social media but did not give many details.
The message kept the excitement. “It’s official! We will debut a new uniform collection this year built for the next era of Ravens football,” the team wrote. “The Next Flight arrives April 16.” And it was enough for fans to think about what could change.
Reports say this will not be a full redesign. Instead, the Ravens will make small changes. Even so, those changes could still look different when players like Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry play.
Uniform expert Zach Cohen reported last year that Baltimore filed for changes ahead of the 2026 season. He later said the team would likely stick to its classic look. That means no new colors beyond purple, black, and white. It also means no new primary logo or helmet.
Cohen believes the team will introduce two updated alternate uniforms. Even a small shift in font or color shade counts as a new design. Fans should not expect a dramatic overhaul.

The Ravens have always stayed close to their identity. They have not changed uniforms often in their 30-year history. Their most recent update came in 2024 when they introduced the “Purple Rising” alternate helmets with their Color Rush uniforms.
Team president Sashi Brown also kept expectations in check. He spoke at the NFL’s annual meeting and avoided giving details. “We’ll always update you when the time is right on the uniforms,” Brown said, according to ESPN’s Jamison Hensley. He also made it clear saying, “And you guys know, we’re gonna be last in line for the Rivlalry uniforms.”
The uniform reveal comes at a time when things are changing in Baltimore. The Ravens moved on from longtime coach John Harbaugh after an 8-9 season. New head coach Jesse Minter is now leading the team into a new phase.
Baltimore has also made changes on defense, including signing pass rusher Trey Hendrickson. The team hopes these moves, along with the new uniforms, will help them perform better in 2026.
Fans will not wait long. The new uniforms arrive next Thursday.
