Gridiron Grading crunched the numbers this week and scored every draft pick this decade from all 32 teams to see how they've fared from 2020-25.

Cincinnati checked in at No. 20 across the entire league for its draft hauls. The criteria involved draft reaches, net talent added, and player value to come up with the final ranking.
