The Cincinnati Bengals are getting ready for kickoff against the Green Bay Packers. Before the game begins, each team has released their inactive players list.
Here are the Bengals players who will not play against the Packers:
Chase was questionable for Cincinnati's Week 6 game as he came down with an illness Friday and missed practice that day. He was also limited Wednesday with a rest day. Reports from early Sunday morning claimed Chase would be fine to play, and with his name being left off the inactive list, he will indeed dress and play.
The Bengals will have a new starting left guard in Green Bay as Fairchild is inactive. Fairchild suffered a knee injury last Sunday against the Detroit Lions and missed most of practice this week. The club's third-round pick has started all five games at LG this season, making this the first game he's missed.
Dalton Risner will start at LG for Fairchild. Risner has logged two starts this year at right guard, and was replaced by rookie fifth-round pick Jalen Rivers. Jaxson Kirkland will be active as a practice squad elevation this week and back up both guard spots.
Everyone else for Cincinnati is healthy aside from Stewart, who is out for a fourth-straight week with an ankle injury. Grandy, Jefferson, and Wilson are healthy scratches. Jefferson was claimed off waivers prior to Week 5 and has yet to play a snap for his new team.
