Bengals HC Zac Taylor reveals how he's begun his offseason

The Bengals' 2022 season came to an abrupt end following their loss to the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game. With their offseason now underway, head coach Zac Taylor revealed how he's been spending his time.

"My sons downloaded 007," the old Nintendo 64 game Golden Eye," Taylor said on "The Season with Peter Schrager." "We put in a good three to four hours last night."

Taylor has certainly earned the right to kick back for a little after a long season. The fourth-year head coach led Cincinnati to its second straight AFC title game, 10 straight wins and a 14-5 record, regular and postseason.

Although the Bengals season didn't end the way they wanted it to, it was still a successful year. And Cincinnati doesn't seem to be going anywhere in the foreseeable future.

Playing some 007 may also be the perfect way to relieve some stress Taylor had built up after what was a controversial and quite taxing conference championship last weekend.

However, Taylor is just happy to be spending time with his family and doing things that remind him of the good old days.

"They were having a blast. It kind of took me back to my high school days. I didn't think they'd enjoy it with all the technology they got now, but they love it," Taylor added. "So, that's been pretty cool to spend some time with them and be able to do some old-school kid type of stuff."
