There are only eight regular-season Sundays left in the NFL, a sentence we regret to type here. Teams are settling on both ends of the betting trend spectrum as approach the latter half of the year, worth a quick look as we get ready for Week 11.
The Giants and Titans moved into a tie for the best overall record against the spread with their wins on Sunday, both covering in 77.8% of their games this season.
The Jets and Bengals were both on bye in Week 10 and will look to continue their spread streaks. The Chargers have not looked good at times this season, yet the 6-3 ATS mark suggests the public is a bit too down on Los Angeles.
There aren't a ton of surprises on this list at this point of the season. The only team of this bunch to be playoff contention is the Buccaneers. At 5-5, they are alone at the top of the hapless NFC South and look to be well positioned to secure themselves another division win.
The Broncos and Raiders have been extremely disappointing after the acquisitions each AFC West team made this offseason. Neither will be in the playoffs this season. Unlike the Broncos, the Raiders can at least hang the hat on owning their own first round pick in 2023, which is currently slotted to be the second overall selection.
The Browns continue to go over thanks to what is far more often than not an extremely poor defense. The Dolphins hung a cool 39 on Cleveland last week to power the bulk of this game's scoring.
Philly's defense is starting to show some cracks which aided the over hitting on Monday night and moving to 6-3 on the season.
There are five more teams that all have gone under in six of nine games, but for the sake of space we won't include them here. The Broncos offense has been atrocious this season and has helped give them standalone honors as the most profitable under team in the NFL. Denver is averaging just 14.6 points per game this season, worst in the league.
The Colts under Jeff Saturday went over! Indy is now "just" 8-2 to the under and host the Eagles this weekend in a game between teams on opposite ends of the trend chart.
There are no convergences this week for the first time this year. Instead, we have a few games that consist of teams that have been extremely profitable towards the over and under.
Cleveland Browns (6-2-1 over) at Buffalo Bills (7-2 under) - Total: 43.5 points
Philadelphia Eagles (6-3 over) at Indianapolis Colts (8-2 under) - Total: 45 points
Detroit Lions (6-3 over) at New York Giants (7-2 under) - Total: 46.5 points
