The Week 15 NFL slate kicks off with the San Francisco 49ers hosting the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday Night Football.

Both teams need a win to stay within striking distance of the Seattle Seahawks for the NFC West lead. There are plenty of playmakers across the board in this matchup, so let's take a look at our best prop bets for tonight's game.

*Odds subject to change

49ers WR Deebo Samuel OVER receiving yards (-113) - FanDuel

Samuel has been vocal about the lack of touches that he has received over the past several weeks. GM John Lynch, coach Kyle Shanahan and quarterback Brock Purdy all spoke on it this week and agreed that Samuel needs to be a bigger part of the offense.

Samuel is too talented to remain as unproductive as he has, and a matchup against the Rams' No. 24 ranked passing defense could be the perfect opportunity to get him going again. The 49ers are devastated by injuries at running back, so they could be pass-heavy in this game. I like Samuel to bounce back this week.

Rams QB Matthew Stafford OVER 1.5 passing touchdowns (-132) - FanDuel

Stafford has been one of the most productive quarterbacks in the NFL since getting wide receivers Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp back from injury a little over a month ago.

Last week he led an upset win over the Buffalo Bills with 320 passing yards and two touchdowns. He has thrown multiple touchdown passes in each of his last four games, 10 in total. With all the weapons Stafford has to work with, he should continue throwing touchdown passes at a high clip.

49ers TE George Kittle ANYTIME touchdown (+160) - bet365

Kittle is coming off a massive performance last week when he recorded six catches for 151 yards. He has by far been Purdy's No. 1 target this season and should remain so until the end.

Despite missing a game, Kittle leads all tight ends in touchdown catches with eight. He's due to catch one after being held out of the endzone each of the last two weeks as he faces a subpar Rams' passing defense.

Rams WR Puka Nacua UNDER 91.5 receiving yards (-115) - DraftKings

Nacua has been great this season, but the 49ers have the No. 3 ranked passing defense in the league. They got even better when their top cornerback, Charvarius Ward, returned to action two weeks ago.

Nacua will definitely be involved, but 92 yards could be a little steep for this matchup. Stafford has other weapons such as Kupp, Tutu Atwell, and Demarcus Robinson - all of who I think will be involved as Stafford spreads the ball around.
