Bills Joe Brady Offers Unique Coach Interview Reaction

We are at the time of year when teams not in the postseason are looking for their next head coach, and Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady has seen his name pop up as a potential candidate for several teams.

Buffalo is in the midst of a playoff run and now faces the Baltimore Ravens in the Divisional Round, so interested teams will have to wait to conduct interviews. 

But with a host of teams, including the Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Jets, and the New Orleans Saints, have all requested interviews with Brady, the coordinator has his hands and mind full, doesn't he?

Well, his response to those looming interviews proves he's committed to what Buffalo is doing in the postseason.

“If I'm being completely honest, I don't spend any time thinking about the interviews, and when I go in the interviews, I'm literally just myself,” Brady said. “There's no getting ready or preparing, it's not fair to all my guys if I'm spending time in this organization, in the city, if I'm spending time taken away from game planning. 

"So if I'm doing an interview, it's the same time I would normally be home eating dinner with my wife or spending time with my son and so they're the ones that would the schedule would change. But there's no preparation for it, I'm just out there answering questions and just being me and going from there.”
