Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has had a fantastic career in the NFL. Across eight years in the league, Allen has played 128 games with a record of 88-39 in 127 starts. In those games, he has thrown for 30,102 yards and 220 touchdowns with 94 interceptions. He has also been a threat with his legs, rushing for 79 scores total.

He has made four Pro Bowl appearances and two Second Team All-Pro selections, along with one AP NFL MVP award in his career.

In 2025, Allen had another successful year, helping the Bills to a 12-5 record in the regular season. He completed a career-high 69.3% of his passes for 3,668 yards and 25 touchdowns with 10 interceptions. He also scored 14 times on the ground.

One of Allen's favorite targets since becoming the Bills' full-time starting signal caller has been tight end Dawson Knox. Knox has spent seven years with Buffalo after he was taken in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

In those seven seasons, the 6-foot-4 tight end has played 102 games with 83 starts, hauling in 229 receptions for 2,694 yards and 27 touchdowns. Knox made one Pro Bowl appearance in the 2022 season.

On Tuesday, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported that Knox and the Bills agreed to a contract extension that will keep him with the team for the foreseeable future.

"Sources: The Bills and Pro Bowl TE Dawson Knox have agreed on a new three-year contract," Fowler said.

This new contract will allow the connection between Knox and Allen to continue at least through the 2028 season.

While the details of the contract have not yet been reported, this is great news for Allen, who will be able to have his red zone target of a tight end for years to come.
