Bolts Make Several Roster Moves Ahead of Season Finale
USA TODAY Sports

The Los Angeles Chargers have made their  final roster moves ahead of their final game against their division rivals, Kansas City Chiefs

According to Chargers insider Fernando Ramirez, the Bolts have signed one player, elevated two, downgraded one, and placed one on the IR.

Chargers linebacker Justin Hollins has been placed on the IR due to a shoulder injury. The former Super Bowl champion played a limited role with the Bolts in 2023, appearing in seven games and recording eight tackles, one QB hit, one tackle for loss, and one sack.

As for Tanner Muse, he has been downgraded to out due to a knee injury. Muse has only recorded one tackle in the season, which came against the Green Bay Packers in late November.

The Bolts have also signed outside linebacker Ty Shleby to the active roster, elevated defensive lineman Christopher Hinton, and guard/tackle Austen Pleasants from the practice squad. Shelby is back in Los Angeles after the team signed him as an undrafted free agent in 2021. Hinton appeared in six regular-season games with the Bolts over the last two seasons. He also entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent and has recorded three tackles and one QB hit.

Pleasants has spent part of the last two seasons with the Chargers on the practice squad. He's also spent time with the Cardinals, Bears, and Panthers and came into the league as an undrafted free agent.

Hopefully, these boys will show up and show out for the final game of the 2023 season.
