The Cleveland Browns' preseason has been the talk of the NFL world in recent weeks with Shedeur Sanders and Dillon Gabriel battling for playing time and a spot on coach Kevin Stefanski's roster.

One player assured of a Browns roster spot is superstar defensive end Myles Garrett, who is expected to make a run at Defensive Player of the Year this season in defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz's system.

Garrett took in the action at the Big 3 basketball league's championship game on Miami as he watched brother Sean Williams of Miami 305 compete on the court.

He took time out to speak with Rachel Nichols of CBS Sports during which he made a surprising revelation.

"Do you feel like you could come out here and actually play?" Nichols asked Garrett as he took in the action courtside while also acknowledging his interest in becoming a part owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

"Uh, eventually," Garrett replied.

"I gotta get that cleared with AB (Browns Executive Vice President of Football Operations and the Browns' general manager) and the team first," he added with a smile.

"I could see it happening," Garrett continued. "If he's (Williams) still doing it I'd love to be, you know, playing with him some time, but, I could definitely see myself on the court one day," Garrett added.

Nichols also made a post about what Garrett told her, including the interview.

One fan responded.

"Myles Garrett would dominate in the Big 3!" they said. "His athleticism is just unreal," the added.

Garrett's brother's team captured $1 million in prize money as former Miami Heat and Kansas Jayhawks clutch guard Mario Chalmers drained a game-winning three-pointer from the right wing to "seal the deal."

Chalmers was mobbed by fans as confetti dropped, with Williams' proud brother looking on in support.

Co-Founder, Owner Ice Cube Presents Trophy

The 305 received the Julius Erving Championship Trophy from Big 3 co-founder and owner Ice Cube, also known by his real name O'Shea Jackson, after Chalmers' clutch shot.

Former Heat member Michael Beasley embraced Jackson as teammates including former Pacers star and LeBron James nemesis Lance Stephenson took in the incredible scene alongside the team's head coach and former Lakers star Michael Cooper.

The Garrett admission came as Shedeur Sanders gave a one-word comment on potentially making the Browns' final roster. Sanders' mother wowed in a stunning outfit at the Browns vs. Rams preseason game.

At 6-foot-4, 272 pounds, Garrett has a unique blend of size and athleticism that could some day make him an attractive crossover athlete whom the Big 3 might consider signing.

Jackson has shown a willingness to pursue outside-the-box star athletes including Caitlin Clark for his league, a sign that Garrett could have a chance to play some day.
