
The Buccaneers didn’t have to look far to find another veteran quarterback for their practice squad.
Following the release of Jake Browning, Tampa Bay has reportedly landed on Easton Stick as its next addition at the position.
According to Fox Sports’ Greg Auman, the Buccaneers are signing Stick to their practice squad. The move is pending a physical.
Stick, 30, spent last season working with Zac Robinson and T.J. Yates in Atlanta. The North Dakota State product has been in the NFL since 2019 and was recently in camp with the Indianapolis Colts.
“Bucs have their veteran backup QB — Easton Stick, who worked with Zac Robinson and T.J. Yates with the Falcons last year, is signing to their practice squad, pending a physical. He’s 30, North Dakota State grad in NFL since 2019, was in camp with the Colts.”
