
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers wrapped up their 2026 preseason slate with a difficult 19-0 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Bucs traveled to EverBank Stadium for the finale and couldn’t find enough offense to stay competitive.
Despite the shutout, Tampa Bay finishes exhibition play with a 2-1 record. The Bucs had previously won two of their three preseason contests before facing Jacksonville in the final game.
The Buccaneers struggled to generate anything consistently on offense throughout the matchup. Tampa Bay finished the night with only 87 total yards and repeatedly struggled to sustain drives.
Third down proved particularly difficult for the Bucs. Tampa Bay converted just 2-of-12 opportunities, limiting its ability to keep possessions alive and put pressure on Jacksonville.
The lack of production ultimately proved costly. Tampa Bay couldn’t score a single point or find the end zone as the Jaguars’ defense controlled the game from start to finish.
