The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be without starting left tackle Luke Goedeke for at least four weeks after placing him on Injured Reserve Thursday.
“Bucs tackle Luke Goedeke’s foot injury is significant enough that he’s going on injured reserve and will miss at least the next four games. Tried to play through injury Monday night and had to leave the game after 12 plays.”
Keep in mind, as Auman stated, the earliest Goedeke could come back is after four weeks. Without knowing the severity of his injury, it could take longer.
WTF is going on? Seriously, is this some kind of bad made for tv movie crap going on? Is Oprah out here in the Bucs locker room handing out trips to Injured Reserve?
Ok, deep breath… the Buccaneers have made a series of moves bringing in offensive line help, as well as adding some from the Practice Squad. But this is definitely a unique situation. One that will test the Bucs coaching staff, front office, and ultimately the players called upon to step up.
