Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Ko Kieft’s 2025 season has come to an end due to a leg injury sustained during Sunday’s win over the New York Jets. The team officially placed Kieft on injured reserve on Tuesday. Kieft, a sixth-round pick in the 2022 draft, played in 53 of 54 games for the Buccaneers before the injury, logging 19 starts and serving as a key blocker.

Ko Kieft, a sixth-round draft pick in 2022, had been a steady presence for the Buccaneers, playing in 53 of 54 possible games and starting 19 times before his injury. Sunday’s game against the Jets marked a notable performance, with Kieft logging 16 offensive snaps – his most since Week 16 of the previous season.
