Buccaneers Sign Veteran DB to Practice Squad

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are signing cornerback Bryce Hall to their practice squad, according to CBS Sports. Hall, who previously played for the New York Jets and made 26 starts from 2020 to 2023, was released by the Bucs on Monday.

“The #Buccaneers are signing cornerback Bryce Hall to their practice squad, sources tell @CBSSports. Hall, who made 26 starts for the Jets from 2020-23, was released by Tampa Monday. Now set to rejoin the Buccaneers as part of the practice squad.”

This move will give the Buccaneers additional depth in their secondary. Hall had previously signed a one-year deal with the Bucs in March 2024 and re-signed with the team in March 2025. He brings experience and capability to the cornerback position, which could be beneficial for the team’s playoff aspirations.
