Buccaneers' Tristan Wirfs, Ryan Jensen may be game-time decisions Sunday?

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers cruised past the Philadelphia Eagles 31-15 on Sunday to open their 2022 postseason but saw right tackle Tristan Wirfs and center Ryan Jensen go down to injuries during the victory. Wirfs suffered a right ankle sprain while Jensen endured a left ankle sprain. 

Tampa Bay knows it will face the winner of Monday's prime-time matchup between the Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams this coming Sunday, and Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians suggested to reporters he's holding onto hope that both of his starting offensive linemen will be available by the weekend. 

"As tough as he is, I think there's a chance," Arians said of Wirfs playing in the next round of the playoffs, according to Jenna Laine of ESPN. "He and Ryan will probably go all the way till Friday before we know anything true, so we'll just have to wait and see."

Additionally, backup offensive tackle Josh Wells is dealing with what Arians referred to as a "pretty good" quad injury and is questionable for Sunday. Arians admitted Monday he's "very concerned" about the state of the team's tackle position. 

"Hopefully not as much Wednesday and Thursday," he said of such worries. "But very, very concerned about it today because we were gonna have to put [right guard Alex] Cappa at tackle and Aaron Stinnie at guard early in the first quarter of that game. But thank God Josh just gutted it out."
