Buffalo Bills cornerback Rasul Douglas was one of the best acquisitions by any team in 2023.
After being acquired ahead of the trade deadline, the former Packer intercepted four passes, returning one for a touchdown and instantly became one of the best players on the Bills' defense.
Douglas earned lofty praise from PFF in their top 32 cornerback rankings ahead of the 2024 reason, where he was ranked 15th.
"The Bills traded for Douglas in the middle of the 2023 season, and it did wonders for the defense as it dealt with injuries on the outside in 2023," PFF analyst John Kosko wrote. "Douglas’ 82.0 coverage grade ranks 10th among qualifying corners over the last two years, and his nine interceptions put him second at the position over the same period."
Douglas and Christian Benford will be the team's starting perimeter cornerbacks this season after the Bills released Tre'Davious White.
