The Buffalo Bills' search for an offensive coordinator didn't last very long, and it appears they knew they had their guy all along.

Buffalo officially announced that interim offensive coordinator Joe Brady will take over the job full time.

From Week 11 through Week 18, the Bills ranked sixth in the NFL in EPA per play with Brady as offensive coordinator, and the Bills went 6-1 after making the switch from Ken Dorsey to Brady. Josh Allen endorsed Brady for the job in his end of season press conference saying that Brady had his vote as to who the Bills should hire.
