The Buffalo Bills again fell short in the 2025 NFL Playoffs before hauling in an impressive crop of players in the 2025 NFL draft this past weekend.

Josh Allen and the Bills need more help by most accounts to knock off Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs as the top franchise in the AFC with Joe Burrow, Lamar Jackson and other top quarterbacks hot on the Bills' heels.

On Wednesday, the Bills doubled down on their new additions to the team as they agreed to terms with a receiver whose name will be familiar to AFC football fans.

Elijah Moore is reportedly getting a one-year, $5 million deal from the Bills to become a receiving target for Allen this coming season.

Fans reacted in a wide variety of ways in the comments section of reporter Ian Rapoport's announcement.

"Holy overpay!" one fan said.

"Fantastic signing. Hopefully they can unlock his full potential," another stated

"Sneaky pickup by Buffalo," still another fan said.

Moore had 61 catches for 538 yards on a injury plagued Browns team last year, suggesting he could have a much better season on the AFC title contending Bills.

He has scored nine touchdowns in four seasons in the NFL with the Jets and Browns.
