Dexter received ample playing time in Chicago and now has a chance to have an even more significant role in Atlanta. The team will rely heavily on his experience and toughness as it looks to reach the playoffs for the first time in nine years.

Meanwhile, Williams and the Bears wrapped up their preseason slate with a 24-15 win over the Tennessee Titans on Saturday. They went 2-1 and have momentum on their side entering the 2026 campaign. The quarterback will once again lead the charge as the franchise aims for a deeper playoff run. Williams and Co. will open the season with a road matchup against the Carolina Panthers on Sept. 13.
