One of the bigger question marks surrounding the Philadelphia Eagles entering Super Bowl LIX week versus the Kansas City Chiefs was whether or not starting center Cam Jurgens would be available.
Jurgens, who injured his back ahead of the team's NFC Championship win, put any doubts of him suiting up for Super Bowl Sunday to rest on Monday night.
"Yeah, shout out to the trainers and medical staff," Jurgens said when asked if he would play on Sunday. "They've been working around the clock and helping me out and I'm in a lot better shape now than I was last week.

Eagles' legend Jason Kelce hand-picked Jurgens in the 2022 NFL Draft to replace him at center once he retired.
The time came sooner than many expected, though Jurgens did not disappoint during his first year as the Eagles' starting center. Per Pro Football Focus, Jurgens allowed just four sacks on 1,067 total blocking snaps in 2024.
Jurgens also earned his first Pro Bowl nod, and to cap off his near-perfect season, he will now start at center for the Birds in his first-ever Super Bowl.
