Cardinals linebacker Mack Wilson releases 18 Bars with schedule drop

GLENDALE — The Arizona Cardinals are mixing football with music to launch the 2025 season, releasing their full schedule alongside an original hip-hop track from linebacker Mack Wilson Sr.

Titled 18 Bars, the song was produced in collaboration with Bighead Music Group — a Billboard-charting production team known for hits with major artists across genres. Wilson, who records under the name Rocketship, helped write and perform the track, which serves as the backdrop to the Cardinals’ official 2025 schedule release video.

Wilson, entering his seventh NFL season and second with Arizona, has been quietly building his music brand on the side.

The song is available on Apple Music and Spotify, with the music video on the Cardinals’ social media channels and YouTube. Fans can also buy limited special-edition vinyl albums and concert t-shirts will be available through giveaways on the team’s social media.
