GLENDALE – The Arizona Cardinals inadvertently gets saved from public shaming in recent NFL grievance against the NFLPA. For the past two seasons the NFLPA has released report cards of each NFL franchise with grades on facilities, hospitality and competitive aspirations. One could assume that the recent criticisms from the report cards and the team’s lack of success in recent years might’ve led to the new, high-tech facility the team is just starting to build. The team has been using the same practice facility since it moved to the Valley in the early 1990’s. Arizona was in need of an upgrade, as it strives to rebuild from a terrible 2025 season.
At 3-14, the franchise suffered the most losses in a single-season. The Cardinals head coach opening wasn’t a popular one for many candidates, leading to the team being one of the final 10 teams to find their new head coach. For the past 10 years, the franchise has only made the playoffs one time with four head coaches.
Bidwill hopes new head coach in Mike LaFleur at number five is the answer to turning the perception of the organization around. A complete face lift in the coaching staff and performance center will certainly help move Arizona forward heading into 2026.
