If the Arizona Cardinals are to make DeAndre Hopkins available this offseason, the team appears to be hoping for at least a Round 2 selection in the upcoming NFL Draft.
'Arizona Football Daily' reporter Mike Jurecki relayed on Wednesday that multiple agents have indicated to him that the Cardinals would seek at least an early Day 2 pick, as well as a conditional pick, in any potential deal for the veteran wideout.
According to a couple agents I’ve spoken with the Cardinals looking for at least a second round pick and a conditional pick for DeAndre Hopkins. These conversations are taking place at the combine.

This past fall, Hopkins sat out the first six games of the 2022-23 campaign on a PED suspension before going on to post a 64-717-3 receiving line in short nine-game sample.
After the season, he shared what seemed like a farewell message to the Cardinals on social media. He has since been linked to at least one WR-needy team.
On the monetary front, Hopkins has a $30.75 million cap hit for 2023 and $26.2 million cap hit for 2024. Those big numbers, in part, figure to limit just how much the Cardinals would be able to get in return for their No. 1 wideout.
Hopkins, 30, has six seasons with over 1,000 receiving yards in his 10-year NFL career.
