Chargers Post Hilarious Tweet Following Hiring of Jim Harbaugh

Where there's smoke, there's a hire and on Wednesday evening, your Los Angeles Chargers took to social media to let the football world know that the head coaching search was over.

The Chargers brought Harbaugh in twice for interviews with the most recent one on Tuesday.

Minutes after tweeting the smoke, the Chargers took to Twitter X again with another message.

This will be Harbaugh's second stint as an NFL head coach. He was the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers from 2011-14 and had a record of 44-19-1. He led them to two conference championships and a Super Bowl, losing all three, and then missed the playoffs entirely in 2014.

Congrats, Chargers fans. The wait is over. It looks like January 24th, 2024, was indeed Jim Harbaugh Day.
