The Los Angeles Chargers picked up a big win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on NBC's "Sunday Night Football."
Despite falling into a 3-0 hole in the first quarter, the Chargers rallied and outscored the Steelers 25-7 the rest of the way to win 25-10. The win moved the Chargers to 7-3 overall, good for second place in the AFC West. They're only a game behind the Denver Broncos for first, and are two games up on the Kansas City Chiefs.
Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert had another strong game, throwing for 220 yards through the air and one touchdown. He also helped wide receiver Keenan Allen become the Chargers' all-time leader in receptions. Allen only needed two more receptions to pass Antonio Gates, and he got them during the game.
After Allen set the record, Herbert took to Instagram to congratulate him.
"Congrats to @keenan13allen on becoming the Chargers' all-time leader in receptions! It’s an honor to share the field with one of the best to ever do it….. bolts w," Herbert's photo caption read.
Allen finished the game with two receptions for 19 yards. He has played in all 10 games this season, compiling 52 receptions for 539 yards and four touchdowns. This is his second stint with the Chargers after he was with them from 2013-23.
The Chargers were in San Diego during his first four seasons with the franchise before they moved to Los Angeles ahead of the 2017 NFL season. Allen spent the 2024 season with the Chicago Bears before he returned to the Chargers ahead of the 2025 season.
Next up for the Chargers is a game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Nov. 16. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET.
