Hall of Fame defensive back Charles Woodson might embody the spirit of the Raiders organization better than any other player in NFL history. On Tuesday, he was a guest on "The Rush Podcast with Maxx Crosby" and weighed in on the future of his former Green Bay Packers teammate, quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

"I definitely don't see him retiring," said Woodson. "A-Rod enjoys having leverage, you know what I mean? He's the one in charge, nobody is going to rush him on a decision. ... But I definitely don't think that he's going to retire, I think he's going to give it another run."

Woodson was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in 1998 and played with the organization until 2005. He then returned to the franchise in 2013 and played the final three seasons of his career in the Silver and Black before retiring in 2015. Between his two stints with the Raiders, he played seven seasons with the Green Bay Packers. There, he overlapped with Rodgers and the two won Super Bowl XLV together in 2011.

Rodgers has since become a polarizing and enigmatic figure in the NFL, and after a failed tenure with the New York Jets, he is a free agent once again. Rumors have swirled about him fulfilling the prophecy of Brett Favre and joining the Minnesota Vikings, but it seems more likely now that he'll either join the Pittsburgh Steelers or retire from football. Woodson, his former teammate, has his bets placed.
