Chicago Bears' QB Caleb Williams adds an unexpected dream to his growing bucket list after watching the top movie of the weekend

The international sport of Formula 1 has always had a major audience when it comes to professional sports, but the following in the United States hasn't been as strong as it is in Europe and other areas of the world.

Marketing in the U.S. is an area the promotion has been looking to strengthen and F1 has received a lot of support from those involved in the NFL.

The F1-NFL connection really caught steam in 2022 when British F1 driver Lewis Hamilton became a part-owner of the Denver Broncos. Then, back in 2023, Kansas City Chiefs' stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce invested in the Alpine Racing LTD F1 team after falling in love with watching the sport.

Last year, the Las Vegas Raiders even partnered with Formula 1 to help promote the Las Vegas Grand Prix. All this cross-promotion is great to build the brand of both sport giants, but the latest F1 marketing success is helping create even more fans.

On Thursday, the newest F1 movie released in theatres featuring Hollywood legend Brad Pitt. Already the movie is a major success in terms of film quality and bringing new eyes to the sport, including for another young NFL star.

Caleb Williams shares high praise for F1, adds awesome goal to his growing bucket list

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams shared some high praise for the new movie on social media, even going as far as claiming it to be a Top-3 movie, ever.

And after seeing it this weekend, Williams wants to get behind the wheel himself.

The Bears' franchise quarterback already has a lofty bucket list for what he wants to accomplish as a player. Prior to being selected first overall by the Bears in 2024, Williams' lock screen shared four goals for his football career:

- Heisman x2
- National Champion x1
- First pick in the draft
- Super Bowl x8

Williams is 1/3 so far in accomplishing those goals and the only one remaining is to break Tom Brady's record by winning eight Super Bowl titles in the NFL.

Who knows what other off-the-field bucket list items Williams has on his list but driving an F1 car is something few have been able to experience and I'm sure it would be sick to get behind the wheel of one of those cars.

Williams isn't required to be back at team facilities until July 22nd. So, he has time to check that off the list before training camp if he wants to. Or maybe make it a future offseason goal to accomplish. Maybe he needs to get in touch with Lewis Hamilton or Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce to work something out.

And for those curious, the other two movies in the Top-3 all-time for Williams are The Dark Knight and Good Will Hunting. QB1 has good taste.

If you haven't checked out F1 yet, I recommend going to theatres and experiencing it for yourself this weekend.
