Caleb Williams has already started planning life after the NFL, revealing ambitions that stretch far beyond football and into the world of Formula 1.
The Chicago Bears quarterback is still at the beginning of his professional career, but his mindset reflects a long-term vision that includes business, investment, and global sport. That approach is becoming increasingly common among modern athletes.
Williams, however, is being very specific about where his interests lie, and Formula 1 sits at the center of that plan.
Williams spoke about his interests in a conversation with Front Office Sports News, where he outlined what he wants to pursue away from football.
The discussion highlighted how seriously he is already thinking about opportunities outside the NFL.
He said, “One of the other big ones for us and personally for me is F1. I love F1. I’ve grown to become a really, really big fan of it. And so that’s one of them.”
The comment points toward a long-term ambition to be involved in the sport, potentially as part of an ownership or team-building role.
Williams expanded on his mindset by explaining how he views his career beyond just playing football.
The Bears star added, “I’ve always envisioned myself as both an athlete and an entrepreneur. I realized early on how important it is to build with the best team and foundation for my business interests.”
The statement reflects a broader strategy, where Williams is looking to transition into business ventures once his playing days are over.
Given the global growth of Formula 1 and its increasing appeal to American audiences, it is a space that aligns with both his interests and long-term vision.
