The Kansas City Chiefs are gearing up to face the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving.
The Chiefs are coming off a big win over the Indianapolis Colts last Sunday, improving their record to 6-5.
They battled back from a 20-9 deficit to force overtime and win on a game-winning Harrison Butker field goal.
This week, Chiefs guard Trey Smith and tackle Jawaan Taylor popped up on the injury report.
Smith missed all three days of practice with an ankle injury and was ruled out for Thursday’s game on Wednesday.
As for Taylor, he was dealing with a knee injury but was a full participant in all three practices and is good to play.
With the injuries on the offensive line, the Chiefs made a roster move on Wednesday.
They elevated tackle Esa Pole to the active roster.

Pole went undrafted in April and signed with the Chiefs in May.
He was waived by Kansas City at the end of August and claimed by the New York Jets.
He didn't play in any games this season for the Jets and was ultimately released in October.
The Chiefs re-signed him to their practice squad, and now he's finally getting his opportunity.
