Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has already put himself into the Pro Football Hall of Fame conversation with his stellar NFL career thus far. Now in his ninth year in the league, Mahomes has averaged an NFL record 286.7 passing yards per game to go with 263 touchdowns and 80 interceptions.

His list of accolades is growing every year, as he has six Pro Bowl appearances, two First Team All-Pro selections, two AP NFL MVP awards and three Super Bowl titles.

Mahomes and the Chiefs have had an unusually up-and-down season so far in 2025. Kansas City is 5-5, as Mahomes has thrown for 2,625 yards with 18 touchdowns and six interceptions.

While his extraordinary abilities on the football field have wowed fans throughout his career, Mahomes' work in the community has been very touching as well.

In 2019, he established the "15 and the Mahomies" foundation. This organization focuses on improving the lives of children with the help of several charities and non-profits.

On Saturday, the Chiefs announced the look of the cleats that Mahomes will be wearing against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday as part of the NFL's "My Cause My Cleats" initiative.

"Check out some of the amazing causes our players will be repping this weekend for our My Cause My Cleats game," the caption read.

This initiative, which allows NFL players the opportunity to wear custom cleats in Week 12, will raise money for a charitable organization of each player's choosing. This will happen by auctioning off the game-worn cleats, with 100% of the money raised going to the charity.

Mahomes will wear and auction off cleats to help raise money for his "15 and the Mahomies" foundation.

The Chiefs and Colts kick off at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium on CBS.
