The Kansas City Chiefs are coming out of a bye and have an AFC West showdown with the first-place Denver Broncos.
The Chiefs lost to the Buffalo Bills, 28-21, before the bye, and Patrick Mahomes' team sits at 5-4 with the Broncos and Los Angeles Chargers ahead of them in the AFC West standings.
The team saw a concerning change as wide receiver Xavier Worthy was limited in practice earlier in the week, although he was slated as good to go ahead of the game.
It is an important game for the Chiefs, and dropping to 5-5 would make it more difficult to climb back into AFC West contention.
Running back Isiah Pacheco has already been ruled out for the game, and the Chiefs got more worrisome news hours before kickoff.
Offensive lineman Jaylon Moore was suddenly listed as questionable.

Moore was selected in the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers.
In the offseason, Moore signed a two-year, $30 million deal with Kansas City to boost the offensive line.
The offensive lineman started five games for the 49ers this season, but he already has four starts in nine games since signing with Kansas City.
Moore's status will be one to keep an eye on, and it could be another costly blow for Kansas City.
