To say that the Skyy Moore experiment has been a colossal failure would be an understatement. The Kansas City Chiefs spent a second-round pick on the Western Michigan product in the 2022 draft hoping that he could be a new favorite weapon for Patrick Mahomes. Sadly, that hasn't panned out. Moore has mostly become a punchline amongst Chiefs Kingdom for not living up to expectations. It seemed to be a pretty strong consensus that he wouldn't be on the Chiefs' roster this year and that the team's third and final preseason game next week would be his last as a member of the Kansas City Chiefs. Well, as Lee Corso always says, "Not so fast, my friend". Moore had a lousy start to the Chiefs' Week 2 preseason game against Seattle but he did his best to erase that sour taste from people's mouths, returning a punt 88 yards down the field for a touchdown.
