As the Kansas City Chiefs head toward their third consecutive Super Bowl title, one important detail that fuels their success is breakfast.

The team’s executive chef, Erin Wishon, recently revealed some surprising insights into the Chiefs' favorite breakfast orders, including an unexpected choice that has caught many off guard.

In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly, Wishon shared that the Chiefs' breakfast routine includes some unique preferences, particularly when it comes to protein-packed meals.

"We have a couple players that eat two steaks – 12-ounce filets – and rice at breakfast," she said.

The Chiefs are known for their focus and discipline, not just on the field, but also when it comes to their nutrition.

"We try to match everything as close to home as we can," Wishon explained.

She works closely with the team to ensure their meals are balanced and fuel their demanding schedule. Wishon also mentioned the team’s dietician, who helps tailor meal plans to meet individual needs.

"Once they’re in this culture, it’s a winning culture," Wishon said.

As the Chiefs prepare for Super Bowl LIX, breakfast is just one part of the winning recipe that has helped the team succeed and their favorite breakfast order, steak and rice, keeps them focused and ready for the big game.
