Chiefs Flex On Rest Of NFL With 'Annual' Patrick Mahomes Post

The Kansas City Chiefs have been to the Super Bowl so many times in recent years (five of the last six), that it's feeling like a regular occurrence for them. So the Chiefs have started flexing on the rest of the league about it.

On Thursday night they took to X and posted what they refer to as their "annual Patrick Mahomes Super Bowl media day post."

The four-second clip consisted of Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes simply smiling at the camera while flexing.

While simple, it was certainly effective. The post has 1.7 million views, 15,000 likes, 1,800 reposts and over 300 comments.

Naturally, the comments were filled with people either praising Mahomes or dissing the team for cheating.

"Mahomes making it look easy," one user wrote on X.

"He's such a good quarterback! Why do the Refs have to RIG all his games? It's kinda condescending, or even worse..." another mocked.

"15 is not just his jersey number but also the amount of Super Bowls he’s scheduled to win," a third pointed out.

It's pretty unprecedented what Mahomes has done since becoming a starter in 2018. He's led his team to seven straight AFC Championships - the most ever for a quarterback from his first time as a starter. He's just shy of tying Tom Brady's record of eight straight trips to the AFC Championship Game with the New England Patriots.

Super Bowl 59 will mark his fifth Super Bowl appearance, tied with Hall of Famer John Elway and surpassed only by the record of 10 held by Tom Brady.

With three Super Bowl rings already, Mahomes can become just the fourth quarterback in history to win four Super Bowls and the first one to do so before the age of 30.

And all of that is besides the fact that he has a chance to achieve the first-ever Super Bowl threepeat.

Suffice it to say, there's a lot of history on the line next weekend.
