The Kansas City Chiefs would be the No. 2 seed in the AFC playoffs if the postseason started today. With a Week 18 victory and a loss by the Tennessee Titans, the Chiefs would vault into the top spot.
While the Chiefs will be favored over the Denver Broncos in the regular-season finale, the chances of the Titans falling to the lowly Houston Texans in their matchup aren't great. At the very least, Kansas City head coach Andy Reid said Tuesday that two starters could be making their return from injury on Sunday.

#chiefs LT Orlando Brown (calf) practiced today. He injured his calf pregame Sunday and missed the game. A good sign he should be good for the playoffs most importantly.

Edwards-Helaire was selected by the Chiefs as the 32nd overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft and registered 803 rushing yards and four touchdowns on 181 carries in 13 games during his rookie season. The former LSU back tallied 36 receptions for 297 and one score in 2020 as well.
The 22-year-old has gained 517 yards on 119 rushing attempts while scoring four touchdowns across 10 games this season. Edwards-Helaire has produced 19 receptions for 129 yards and two touchdowns through the air as well.
Brown is in his first season with the Chiefs after spending the first three years of his career with the Baltimore Ravens. The two-time Pro Bowler played in 63 consecutive games to begin his NFL journey before missing Week 17 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
