The Kansas City Chiefs had nearly perfect attendance during practice once again on Thursday.

It is rare for a team to be as healthy as Kansas City is this deep into the season. After the struggles it had last year with injuries, it's refreshing to see. Let's take a look at the team's latest injury report heading into Week 7 against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Observations:

  • Simmons has still not returned to practice, making it seem more likely than not that he will miss his second consecutive game. If that's the case, Jaylon Moore will get the start in his place once again.
  • Smith practiced on Thursday after missing Wednesday with an illness. As long as he doesn't have a setback, Smith should be good to go on Sunday.
  • Tillery was added to the injury report on Thursday, but practiced in full. He should be fine barring a setback.
