Left tackle Josh Simmons has reported back to the team, according to NFL reporter Jordan Schultz, after missing several games due to a personal matter. The Chiefs have been missing Simmons since he was added as a last-minute, pre-game adjustment to the team's injury report before facing the Detroit Lions in Week 6. If Simmons is back and ready to resume his starting duties, he will have missed four total games. Simmons was first scratched in Week 6 at the last minute, although no details were made known at the time—just that the team's first-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft was in California and not Arrowhead Stadium in order to attend to some personal business.
