On Sunday, Sept. 14 the Philadelphia Eagles went into Kansas City and took down Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs once again in a 20-17 slugfest.

Kansas City out-gained Philadelphia 294-216, held quarterback Jalen Hurts to 101 passing yards and star running back Saquon Barkley under 100 yards rushing. However, it was the Eagles that found a way to win.

"I think that's the most important thing is finding a way to win," Hurts said after the game. "Given the competitive nature of the game and how our games have gone when we've played this team - it's a really good team, we've got a ton of respect for them obviously - but you've got to come in with a sense of focus, you've got to stay patient within yourself, stay patient within the team and your role, and let things come to you. And I think as a team, we showed up when we needed to the most."

Chiefs Star Chris Jones Not Happy With Tush Push

One of the most controversial plays in the NFL over the last few years stole the spotlight on Sunday once again as the Eagles ran the Tush Push early and often. Chiefs star defensive lineman Chris Jones opened up on how the play is officiated after referees appeared to miss multiple false starts by Eagles offensive linemen.

"You know sometimes you can't get all the calls right. Just because we see it, sometimes the official is 15 to 20 feet away, and sometimes they can miss those small things. We think he jumped multiple times. The official didn't see it, so it wasn't called. We just have to go play the next down," the Chiefs star said.

When asked if that's something that tends to happen during the course of the game Jones admitted, "It happens. People jump all the time. If the officials see it, they'll call it. I don't think they seen it in those few plays, and we didn't get the call."

The Chiefs star added that the team stopped it several times during the contest and "iff we see them again, hopefully we'll stop it more."
