Chiefs' Travis Kelce Gives Unique Charity Gift

Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce has been showing his age with his play the last couple of seasons, but he remains just as important to the franchise, as well as the community.

Foster Love announced in early March that Kelce had purchased a $3.3 million mansion in Kansas City that he plans to turn into a transitional living facility for homeless youth.

"Travis Kelce’s commitment to helping homeless youth is an inspiring example of how athletes can use their platform to make a real difference," Foster Love wrote. "Through his initiative, he’s providing young people with the resources and guidance they need to build a brighter future and overcome the challenges that come with homelessness."

The home includes six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a game room, a study area, a patio, and many more features that will be at the disposal of the people that end up using the space.

Kelce may not be playing the best football of his career over the past couple of years, but he knows that is not the most important thing in life. He wants to use the money he has earned in his career to help those that are less fortunate.

As far as on the field, Kelce will be looking to help the Chiefs bounce back from their loss in the Super Bowl to the Philadelphia Eagles, and hopefully end his storied career on a high note.
