Xavier Worthy recently capped off his rookie season in the NFL, showing out for the AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs

Kansas City finished the season with a 17-3 record, losing to the Philadelphia Eagles 40-22 in the Super Bowl.

After his rookie season, Worthy took to social media to share a change to his physical appearance.

Worthy was rocking a clean-shaven haircut with a cat scratch on both of his eyebrows.

"New beginnings," Worthy said.

The Chiefs wide receiver recently had braids, which he also wore during his time with the Texas Longhorns at the collegiate level.

During his rookie season with the Chiefs, Worthy posted six touchdowns and 638 yards on 59 receptions. He also recorded 104 yards rushing and three touchdowns.

The young star had a monster performance in the Super Bowl, recording two touchdowns and 157 yards on eight receptions.

Worthy served as a bright spot in the Chiefs' wide receiver room, especially with the loss of Rashee Rice and Marquise "Hollywood" Brown for a majority of the year due to injury.

The former first-round pick will now look to help the Chiefs make their fourth straight Super Bowl appearance, having previously won the Lombardi Trophy in 2022 and 2023.
